"Anselmo F.lli" Company is
founded by the brothers Bruno and Giovanni Anselmo in
1978.
Initially established as artisan-type
company having as main activity the maintenance of
Industrial Plants and, in particular, of Dry
Pasta/Vermicelli Plants, it soon specialized in the
transformation of traditional pasta production factories
into the modern high temperature Pasta Lines as required
by the new market.
It was the early eighties, the moment
in which the pasta factories felt the need to up-date
the old technology pasta lines with the high temperature
technology. Anselmo Company, thanks to its concrete
experience in the traditional technology and knowledge
of the new technological innovation, acquired an
important and prestigious name in the Italian and
International market
In a few years, the artisan-type
company becomes an important industrial establishment,
which is well appreciated in Italy and abroad with the
new society name of ANSELMO S.r.l.-
While the company realizes quite a few
important complete and automatic plants for prestigious
customers all over the world, it provides to accompany
its remarkable and fast development with a particular
care for the study and elaboration of the latest and
most advanced technologies in the sector.
In the last few years, the dynamic and
undertaking spirit of the Company's technical staff,
with the close assistance of some of the best pasta
technologists available on the market, has made possible
the realization of new pasta plants with the application
of the most innovative technologies both with regard to
materials and components as well as with regard to the
automation control of pasta processing lines.
Along with all this technological
development and innovations, during the last biennium
Anselmo Company has expanded very rapidly in terms of
turn-over (which doubled), increasing the number of its
technical staff and its investments, providing also to
the enlargement of the factory buildings.
Disposing of over 8000 sq. meters
workshop, Anselmo Company has the possibility of
preassembling and testing all its complete lines and
machineries in the factory with a reduction in the final
erection costs of the plants on the building site, thus
assuring shorter installation times and a more thorough
execution of the installation works.
Moreover for next year it has already
been planned to enlarge the Offices Building connecting
it with all the other factory building sections that
house the design, production and utilities division for
a better organization of the various design and
production stages. In this new logistic restructuring an
important area has been assigned to the "Technical
Tests" on all new products and machines. Part of
the new extension shall also house the new commercial
area with meeting halls for customers, for formation of
the agents and of new technical and commercial
collaborators with the aid of audio-visual equipment for
illustration of new designs and projects.
The concentration of all design,
production and technical assistance inside the main
premises allow the company to have a continuous
monitoring of the machines manufacturing process from
the initial design phase to the finished product, so
that to be able to adapt the various parts of a plant to
the specific and detailed requirements of the customers
even during the production stage.
Today, on the Torino-Genua axis, just
at the motor-way exit of Fossano, there is an important
industrial unit represented by ANSELMO Co., which is
operating world-wide from Europe to Japan, from South
America to India and Africa like other important
companies of the sector, but has special and unique
characteristics of its own, which no other company had
before in the manufacturing of industrial plants for dry
pasta/vermicelli production.
Anselmo Company, indeed, though it has
the same capacity of realizing any type of Dry Pasta
Lines and Equipments as the other three main producers
of the sector, in addition it offers: · a great
ductility and versatility which is the result of its
direct great experience in the technical assistance of
any type and brand of pasta lines; · a dynamic and
innovative spirit and capacity to improve and to develop
the old technologies, which enables Anselmo Company to
combine the most sophisticated computerized technology
with the stark structure of its plants.
