History Technology Assistance

"Anselmo S.r.l." has operated for a decade in the reconditioning and maintenance of any type and brand of continuous automatic pasta lines for production of dry pasta and in the construction of most parts and equipments (shakers, pre-dryers, dryers, elevators etc.) of a complete pasta line.

Exploiting its direct work and experience in most pasta factories in Italy and Europe, at the beginning of the nineties has started to manufacture complete pasta lines with further development of new technologies for the construction of innovative complete pasta lines on a turn-key basis. Anselmo Technology, however, is still the most faithful development of Braibanti Technology.

Our lines are designed for an hourly dry pasta production ranging from 300 Kg. to over 4000 Kg.

Our latest know-how includes innovative systems for the development of modern continuous lines complete with packaging sections, that optimise the equipments according to the capacity of the lines and to the specific requirements of the clients with reasonable costs and maximum automation.

We have realized quite a few complete continuous pasta lines of any capacity all over the world from Europe to America, and from Africa to Asian countries.

The main distinguishing features of our company are the following:

- Automatic, Complete, New Pasta Lines with capacity up to 4000 Kg/h on a turn-key basis;
