Nests automatic line
Anselmo LTA technology, for the nests and matasse automatic production, is characterized by an innovative drying and product transport system. Thanks to the Anselmo Braibanti design study, the technological choices are aimed to obtain an excellent product, as well as increasing the systems’ working lives.
The traditional press, with long mixing times and a slow extrusion phase, ensures an excellent pasta sheet or extruded product. The product forming machine makes it possible to have nests and matasse of different sizes and weight.
After an appropriately timed pre-drying, the nests and the matasse reach the drying and stabilization stage with consequent final cooling.
Total drying time 7 hours approximately.
Thanks to its simple and intuitive user interface, the fully automated process control management system guarantees an excellent control of all line’s parameters during every process stage.
This system allows production lots traceability and production parameters display via Internet.
Lasagne Automatic Line
Anselmo LTA technology, for the Lasagne automatic production, is characterized by an innovative drying and product transport system. Thanks to the Anselmo LTA design study, the technological choices are aimed to obtain an excellent product as well as increasing the systems’ working lives.
The traditional press, with long mixing times and a slow extrusion phase, ensures an excellent product ready for shaping.
The product forming machine makes it possible to have different sizes of lasagne. After an appropriately timed pre-drying, the lasagne reach the drying and stabilization stage with consequent final cooling.
Total drying time 4 hours 30 minutes approximately.

Cannelloni and Special Shapes Automatic Line
Anselmo LTA technology, for the cannelloni and special shapes, is characterized by an innovative drying and product transport system. Thanks to the Anselmo LTA design study, the technological choices are aimed to obtain an excellent product, as well as increasing the systems’ working lives.
The traditional press, with long mixing times and a slow extrusion phase, ensures an excellent product ready for shaping.
The flat or inclined cutting system makes it possible to have cannelloni and special shapes of different lengths.
The shaker pre-dryer, appropriately sized, prevents sticking on any short cut pasta shape, even on those made with wheat flour.
After an appropriately timed pre-drying, the cannelloni and the special shapes reach the drying and stabilization stage with consequent final cooling.
Total drying time 8 hours approximately.
