Short Cut Pasta Storage
Loading group
The loading group can receive pasta from one or more production lines having different productions capacities with possibility to discharge each production line on each
single product storage cell. The automation of the loading system grants the traceability of the product loaded in each single cells and the management of the same without contamination
allowing the identification of the waste automatically.
Storage group
The storage cells are equipped with empty silo sensors and laser probe for the measurement of the level of the product until the full cell is reached.
The automation of each individual cell allows the traceability and identification of the stored product.
The system manages the selection of cells with the same product or different products following a discharge sequence.
Discharge group
The discharge system can feed one or more packaging lines with the possibility to discharge each product storage cell on each packaging line.
The automation of the discharge system allows the traceability of the product pulled out from each single storage cell and the recipe management of the correct flow rate to each packaging line.
The system gives the possibility to mix different products, if needed (e.g. tricolor).

Storage System for Special Pasta and Nests
Loading Group
The loading system can receive pasta from a production line with various output capacities, and it allows for the product to be unloaded into each individual storage level.
The automation of the loading system ensures traceability of the product loaded onto each level and allows for contamination-free management. It also enables the automatic identification of waste.
Storage Group
The storage levels are equipped with empty-level and full-level photocells, as well as a gearmotor controlled by an inverter to automatically regulate the loading and unloading speed of each level.
Automation of each individual level ensures product traceability and identification of stored batches.
The system manages the selection of levels containing either the same or different products, enabling customized unloading sequences.
Unloading Group
The unloading system can feed one or two packaging lines and allows each storage level to unload product into either packaging line.
The automation of the unloading system guarantees traceability of the product extracted from each level and enables recipe-based management of product flow to each packaging line.
The system also supports the blending of different pasta shapes or colors (e.g., two or three colors).
